Although that looks like it might be an expensive restaraunt, so she might make more than me (especially considering it’s California). And you never know why someone’s working where they are. Maybe she’s a waitress because she’s at school during the day. Maybe she’s there because she’s a teacher at a nature center and needs to work two jobs to make ends meet (my mom has a master’s in teaching and makes LESS than I do. She, however, loves her job, so she’s fine with it). Blergh. i tip what they earn but that is a dick move
